The Wallmix app

Wallmix runs on your computer and doesn't have accounts, ads or analytics.

What's playing: Wallmix reads the current track's title, artist and album art from your computer to show them on your desktop. That information stays on your computer.
Audio: to move with the music, Wallmix measures the loudness of different frequency bands of what your computer is playing, live. The audio itself is never recorded, saved or sent anywhere. You can turn this off with React to Music.
Updates: Wallmix checks getwallmix.com about once a day to see whether a newer version exists. This request contains your app version and platform, and nothing about you or your music.

Early access list: if you sign up, we store your email address and the date you signed up. We use it only to tell you about Wallmix (for example, when it's available to download). We never sell or share it. To be removed, email us, and we'll delete it.
Hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
Fonts: text is set in Inter, loaded from Google Fonts.
We don't use cookies or tracking scripts.
